04/07/20: I have not held a cat for a long time

 Paz y bendiciones Hermanos y Hermanas. 

Not a whole lot to report this week but Hermana Hilton and I are still going strong!

- we invited a man from Crows Landing (Hermana Hiltons area) to stop drinking coffee in exchange for us not eating sugar this week haha! Adios oreos! His name is Jocsan and he is super super cool, he is from Guatemala, he is kinda sassy, and we are teaching his daughter too! Jocsan is super ready for baptism, he loves Jesus Christ, super interested in temples and wants to take his daughter to the one in Fresno when it opens (he drove all the way to Salt Lake by himself when the elder that used to be teaching him told him about temples just so he could see what they looked like in person and then we were like there is one in Fresno too and he just started laughing hahaha), has a testimony... it's just the coffee thing... he is super super close!! 

- we got special permission to leave and go and help a little old Hispanic lady that we met prior to the quarantine and she turned out to be a little crazy from isolation as well... she asked for a blessing so we went over with two men from the group but this lady just really really wanted to talk and would not stop talking... for 45 minutes straight... and then after the blessing she would not move away from infont of the door so we were stuck and listened to her just go off again.. slowly and very carefully we got out of there but wow it took awhile... the one time we get of the house ended with me literally praying to go back to the house haha! We will give her a call this week to see how she is doing...

- general conference was suuuuuuuuper awwweeeesoooome!!! We watched it just here at home and we made pancakes which was fun! Yes or no should I learn Arabic in case I am transfered to The United Emirates? Cause there is gonna be a temple there. Conference definitely helped me see the bigger picture of everything. The restoration continues!! And we all are playing a role in it wherever we might be testimony or location wise! 

-  we helped some recent converts set up general conference and that was super exciting! We really hyped up the prophet to all of them this week so it will be cool to hear their thoughts after watching!
